All garments are thoroughly checked before despatch, therefore garments are rarely faulty. If the garment is faulty please advise through email to: info@fashionmansion.com.au .Once we recieve the product and process, Fashion Mansion will issue store credit for the garment and postage. If a size is incorrect we are more than happy to exchange or issue a store credit upon return (store credit must be used within 12 months of purchase). Garment must not be worn and in perfect condition. Fashion Mansion would like your shopping experience to be smooth and easy! We do not issue refunds.

If there is a particular garment that you have seen or you MUST have it, then we totally understand! Contact us and we will either purchase the garment from our supplier specifically for you or re-order a style that is sold out. Depending on suppliers stock level.
